History:

Conservation easement granted by Daniel and Erma Keyes in 2007 to Genesee Land Trust and the Town of Walworth.  The purchase of this conservation easement was funded by grants from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Farmland Protection and the Federal Farm and Ranchlands Protection Program of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Public Access:

Although Genesee Land Trust occasionally invites members on outings to a conservation easement property with the owner’s consent, conservation easement properties remain private property and therefore no public access is permitted.
