| History: |
Conservation easement granted by Richard Martin, Teresa Martin, and Joan Martin and Carole Barrus in 2010 to the Genesee Land Trust and the Town of Parma. Funds for the purchase of this conservation easement were awarded to the Town of Parma from the Monroe County Greenspace Initiative Grant program. The primary purpose of this easement is to conserve viable farm land and prime and unique soil resources. |

Although Genesee Land Trust occasionally invites members on outings to a conservation easement property with the owner’s consent, conservation easement properties remain private property and therefore no public access is permitted. |
