Keyes Farm. In addition, an area of woodlands consisting
of deciduous species and evergreens are located in the

| History: |
A conservation easement was granted by Emil Weber in 2007
to Genesee Land Trust and the Town of Walworth. The
purchase of this conservation easement was funded by grants
from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets
Farmland Protection Program and the Federal Farm and Ranchlands
Protection Program of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Although Genesee Land Trust occasionally invites members
on outings to a conservation easement property with the owner’s
consent, conservation easement properties remain private property
and therefore no public access is permitted. |
