Join the conversation and make YOUR voice heard. What would you love to be able to do down at the River? Is there something that would make it easier for you to get there and enjoy it? What’s your dream for the heart of Rochester - our beautiful High Falls? How do we ensure all the people living near the park benefit from this urban green space? From native plant gardens to accessibility to waterfall views The state’s picking the park designer soon - and our partner’s Greentopia and the CDCR have organized an event to help your voice be heard. An official report of recommendations will be given to the final design team.
