History: This conservation easement was granted by Richard Martin, Teresa Martin, and Joan Martin and Carole Barrus in 2010 to Genesee Land Trust and the Town of Parma. Funds for the purchase of this conservation easement were awarded to the Town of Parma from the Monroe County Greenspace Initiative Grant program. The primary purpose of this easement is to conserve viable farmland and prime and unique soil resources.
