Description: This Town of West Bloomfield conservation easement includes active agriculture (hay fields, organic produce), woodlands, forested vernal pools, ephemeral streams, successional shrublands, and important habitat for nesting and migratory birds.

The farm is currently operated by Wild Hill Farm CSA.

History: In 2016, the property owner granted a conservation easement on this 98.8-acre parcel. The easement protects the rural, natural, open space, and cultural values of the property and promotes the use of sound agricultural and forestry practices.
