Size: 558 acres

Description: The Chase Farm Partnership project consists of 8 parcels owned by 15 people. Bill and Dan Chase own and rent most of the land. Their farm includes soybeans, wheat, corn, hay, straw, vegetables, cattle, chickens, and holiday flowers like poinsettias and Easter lilies from the greenhouses.

History: The purchase of these conservation easements was funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Farmland Protection program.
