Experience the beauty of the big field and the grandeur of the old growth woods with painter Bill Stephens as your guide. We will capture quick sketches of the habitats, plants, and power of place sharing inspiration from the land.
Bill was employed by Webster Central School District for forty years, retiring in 2014. Currently he is working full time as an artist.
This event is associated with the exhibition Landscapes and The Unbuilt at Rochester Contemporary Art Center featured from Feb. 1-March 16.
Notes: Please bring a sketchbook and media of your choice. Dress for the weather; we plan to experience a winter’s day. All ages welcome.
We will bring warm drinks and snacks. This event is free and open to the public.
