Take an easy summer evening stroll along the Thomas R. Frey Trail at El Camino with the Flower City Feeling Good walking series. We’ll meet at Conkey Corner Park and travel along the 2.25-mile urban rail-to-trail. The path is flat and stone dust, making it easy to access for all ages and abilities.
Along the way, you’ll see a series of murals created by Wall/Therapy.
Members of Genesee Land Trust’s Environmental Ambassadors youth workforce development program will lead the walk. These Rochester teens spend much of the summer working on the park and trail to keep it nice for the community, and learn how to be advocates for local land and water.
Please wear appropriate shoes, bring a water bottle and dress for the weather. There is abundant street parking around the park.
