Enjoy a late summer catered picnic dinner at a beautifully restored barn

Celebrate local food and farmland conservation with a special dinner to support Genesee Land Trust. The meal - by Root Catering - will include produce grown on farms protected by Genesee Land Trust.

Enjoy live music, an open wine and beer bar, hors d’oeuvres, a picnic dinner, and dessert inside the barn or outside at a picnic table at Broccolo Garden Center in Fairport.

Dinner will be served family style, and includes:

Passed hors d’oeuvres, a charcuterie board, chilled new potatoes with arugula and balsamic glazed onions, grilled corn slaw, grilled hanger steak, honey-glazed salmon, Amazing Grains bread, a mixed greens salad, and dessert.

Gluten-free and vegetarian items will be available. If you have additional dietary restrictions, please note them when you purchase your ticket(s) and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Schedule for the evening:

5-6 pm: Cocktail hour & live music by Lisa Lowden
6 pm: Dinner served

Tickets are $150 each, and will help support our local farmland protection efforts. To date, Genesee Land Trust has protected more than 4,000 acres across 18 family farms. We have 10 additional projects in progress that will roughly double the number of acres that will always grow food, not houses.
