On “Black Friday” consider going outside to explore one of the beautiful places protected by Genesee Land Trust.

Cornwall Preserve (Pultneyville) offers gorgeous views from the bluffs of Lake Ontario. The storybook “Over and Under the Snow” starts at the parking lot and takes you through the grassy meadow.

If you go, take note the weather can be colder and windier along the lake. There are a few benches at scenic spots, off-street parking, and the trail through the meadow is wide and mostly flat. There is no bathroom at the site.
