Trail Keepers: Irene Gossin Nature Preserve

  • Irene Gossin Nature Preserve 1651 Five Mile Line Road Penfield, NY, 14526 United States (map)

Trail Keepers visit Irene Gossin Nature Preserve in Penfield this month to work on a variety of projects including pulling invasive Canada thistle before it goes to seed and spreads, and expanding the trail network to include a new addition to the property.

All ages and ability levels are encouraged to sign-up; there will be a job for everyone. Please dress appropriately for working outdoors (sturdy footwear, long pants, sun protection). We suggest you bring a water bottle and work gloves. Tools and snacks will be provided.

To attend you must sign-up below. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well. An email reminder will be sent the week of the event with directions and parking details. Contact Will Macaluso at wmacaluso@geneseelandtrust.org with questions.
