Genesee River Alliance is hosting our annual spring cleanup on the Genesee River!

Join us on April 13 for a trash pick-up on a section of the Genesee Riverway Trail. We will start at Maplewood Park and clean along the trail at Lower Falls and then across Middle Falls to Brewer Street.

All ages and abilities are encouraged to join us. Gloves, trash nabbers and garbage bags will be provided (if you have your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it).

Please dress appropriately for the weather with sturdy footwear and bring a water bottle. This event is rain or shine, but will be cancelled in the event of lightning, poor air quality, extreme temperatures or other dangerous weather conditions.

We will meet in the parking lot of the Maplewood Rose Garden at 89 Maplewood Ave and work until 12 pm. (Please note, there are two addresses for the park. Enter the address vs. park name for accurate directions.)

Pre-registration is required; There are 50 spots available.
