Genesee Land Trust is excited to present an evening with Rue Mapp, Founder and CEO of Outdoor Afro. We invite you to come hear Ms. Mapp’s inspirational story and vision for the future and invite others to attend this exciting event.

Outdoor Afro is the nation’s leading, cutting-edge network that celebrates and inspires African American connections and leadership in nature. They help people take better care of themselves (their health), their communities, and our planet.

The program begins at 5:30pm at the Edgerton Recreation Center Stardust Ballroom with networking and vendors from Rochester organizations that are committed to getting everyone outdoors and active through walking, cycling, health and wellness, and nature exploration. At 6:30pm doors open and the evening’s program will begin featuring Ms. Mapp’s presentation.
