On August 12 the blueberry fields at G and S Orchards were packed with hundreds of friends, neighbors, Genesee Land Trust members, and orchard employees to celebrate the permanent protection of 200 acres in Walworth.

Activities included live Contra Dancing, a Nerf battle for kids, wagon rides around the farm, and blueberry picking. Refreshments included a delicious spread of fresh fruits and veggies grown at the orchard, blueberry shortcakes, blueberry lemonade, and a food truck.
