Join Genesee Land Trust and our friends at Burroughs Audubon Nature Club for a Friday morning walk exploring the conservation lands of Wild Hill Farm in Ionia. We’ll primarily be looking for birds but will see and hear other signs of spring along the way. The farm and its adjacent woodlands were preserved in 2016 by Hank Stebbins, the Stebbins-Pepper family, and Genesee Land Trust. This property is open to the public for special events only. Learn more about this conservation project here.
Wild Hill Farm is located at 2176 Elton Road in Bloomfield. When you arrive, follow the gravel driveway carefully into the interior of the property. See map below for parking details.
Dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear. Binoculars recommended but not required—there will be a few extra pairs to share. All ages and abilities welcome. Please email Kevin Farrell at kfarrell@geneseelandtrust.org with any questions.
